MEMBERSHIP

1. Requirements
   - Users must be 18 years or older OR be 13 years or older with parental permission to participate.
   - Users must provide valid and truthful information during all stages of membership at EmailMoneyBack.
   - Users must reside in the United States of America.
   - Users may not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.  Users are also restricted from creating more than one account per computer.
   - There is no functionality for canceling accounts. Users wishing to cancel their account may simply cease to log in.
   - All dates and times given are Pacific Standard Time.
2. Disqualification
   - A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit if he or she:  violates any of the terms set forth in this document,
   - Posts his or her link where it is unwelcome ("spamming"),
   - Attempts to exploit any vulnerability on EmailMoneyBack ("hacking"), or is determined by EmailMoneyBack to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with advertisers.
3. Reserved Rights
   - EmailMoneyBack reserves the right to deny payment for any reason.
   - EmailMoneyBack reserves the right to disable any account for any reason.
   - EmailMoneyBack will report fraudulent activities to the proper authorities.
4. Access
   - Accounts found accessing EmailMoneyBack via a proxy will be disabled. Users must use their own connections to access EmailMoneyBack at all times.
6. New Member Notice
New EMB users will be required to receive checks for the first month of service, but can switch to paypal thereafter. For those that switch to Paypal and decided later on that they want to switch back to checks then it's perfectly fine with EMB, but you will not be able to go back to Paypal again.

REFERRALS

1. Requirements
   - Referrals must be unique and valid users.
   - Any user falsifying referrals may be subject to any or all of the following: account termination, loss of earnings, and legal action.
   - Users MUST NOT instruct referrals in regards to offer completion. That is, users may not tell their referrals which offers to complete. This is considered a "walk-through" and is strictly forbidden.
   - Under some circumstances, if an unreferred user has not yet received credit for an offer, then their account may be transferred to another referrer.
2. Referral Due of Credit (Offers Rewards Only)
   - Starting in May 1st, 2006, if the user was refer by another, their first approved offer credit will be used to give to his/her referral due of credit. This means that the user may not count it toward their credit total; however it does mark your account as having completed an offer.
3. Referral Program (Offers Rewards Only)
   - Starting in May 1st, 2006, you will earn cash rewards from your referral once they've completed an offer.  Here is how it works:
   41st approved offer from a referral you will received the full credit of that offer (anywhere from $1 - $50 depending offers)

OFFERS

1. Offer Completion
   - EmailMoneyBack is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit.
   - Users may only complete an offer if they have never completed it previously, whether on this site or another.
   - While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors do occur. EmailMoneyBack is not responsible for typographical errors on the offer pages. EmailMoneyBack reserves the right to adjust a commission at any time for any reason.
   - Users must provide valid information when signing up for offers. Falsifying information for offers is grounds for account or offer credit disqualification.
   - Only one web hosting offer may be completed. Users who complete more than one web hosting offer will be disqualified.
   - Users are not permitted to cancel web hosting offers. Doing so will result in disqualification.
2. Survey Terms
   - Users may only use your own personal information such as email address and shipping address to participate in these offers, but you can use your co-workers, family, friends, etc. information with their permission. Users are not permit to steal, copy from other sources, or create fake information on these survey offers. Such action will lead to account termination and earnings forfeit.
3. Offer Terms
   - EmailMoneyBack is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any offers listed on this site. EmailMoneyBack strongly suggests that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer.

PAYMENTS ("Cashing out")

1. Disbursement
   - All payment of rewards is done by EmailMoneyBack and advertisers should not be contacted regarding this matter.
   - EmailMoneyBack disburses payment on or around the 15th of each month once the users have decided to cash out
   because they’ve reached the EMB minimum. Please allow several additional days for checks to arrive via U.S. mail. For
   example, you cashed out in the month of April, so your payment will be send out to you on May 15th of the following month.
   - Certain fees apply for different cash out methods. Please refer to the account information page for specific fees.
   - EmailMoneyBack reserves the right to deny payment to any user that has not completed at least $20 worth of approved
   offers.
   - Users are entitled to submit their verified PayPal account email to EmailMoneyBack, so we can issue payments correctly.
   In the event in which you enter in a non-verified or invalid PayPal account, you will be at risk for a cancel payment. Canceled
   payments will not be re-issued by EmailMoneyBack unless it's at least $15 and will be send out as a check to the shipping
   information that's on file. It's up to EmailMoneyBack to determine whether or not we can issue that check base upon our
   fraud team investigation into your account as to why this is so. Any fake or invalid mailing may lead to account termination.
   - Some users might notice some earnings deduction due to fraudulent leads submitted to our partners, which might lead to
   account termination.
   - Users who have selected the check method from the beginning or in the future will not be able to go back to the PayPal
   method.

INDEMNIFICATION

1. Liability
   - You agree to hold EmailMoneyBack completely without liability or fault in the course of any court proceedings.
2. This Document
   - EmailMoneyBack reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any such update will be posted to this page.

W-9 TAX FORM

Any member that accumulate greater than $600 for each tax year, you will be required by federal law and any applicable state law to claim the value of your cash reward. Therefore, an IRS W-9 form will be provided to you via email or downloadable on our site [click here]. This form must be completed in its entirety and returned to us in order to receive your cash reward from us.
